“A Field of Golden Dreams” has been inspired by our local countryside landscape, just a few miles from our hobby farm. In addition, it was painted during the devastating war in Ukraine, where sunflower is a national flower. My homeland is Belarus, another former Slavic Soviet Republic, located between Poland and Ukraine.
